Save sessions, calls and meetings as MP4 video with sound. Everybody involved is told when recording starts, and remote screens are only recorded when the owner allows it.
Chat
Write to the other person during a session, with a note showing when each line was delivered. Meetings have their own chat for everyone.
Meetings
Meet with up to 16 people, and stay in charge
Start a meeting in a click, or plan one for later and share a link. The host decides who comes in and what everyone may do.
- Audio, video and screen sharing for the whole group, with the active speaker highlighted.
- Schedule ahead. Pick a date and time, invite people, and everybody invited sees it under My meetings, with a reminder before the start.
- Links and codes. Every meeting has a link. Whoever opens it asks to join and waits until the host lets them in.
- Host controls. Choose whether others may share their screen, use the microphone or camera, chat or send reactions. Ask people to mute, remove someone, or make the host join first.
- Raise hand and reactions keep bigger meetings orderly. Hands queue in the order they went up.
- Chat and recording. A meeting chat for everyone, and host-only recording that everybody can see is running.
You decide who can reach what
Remote access is only useful if it is safe. TeamAccess is built so that nothing happens quietly.
Access is granted per PC
A new PC sees nobody. An administrator chooses which PCs each person may see and connect to. Everyone else stays invisible and unreachable.
Encrypted, and locked to your server
Connections use TLS, and every app checks your server's certificate fingerprint instead of trusting any certificate. An impostor server cannot take its place.
Nothing happens in secret
The PC being used shows a bar for the whole session, asks before a connection unless unattended access is on, and shows a red notice whenever recording runs.
Team keys and invite codes
New PCs join with a team key or an invite code that the administrator creates. Keys can be revoked at any time, and removing a PC removes its access at once.
Meetings stay private
Only invited PCs can enter a meeting. People with the link wait outside until the host lets them in, and repeated wrong codes are blocked.
Runs on your server
Calls, files and screens pass through the server you run, not through a company you have to trust. Your team's records stay with you.

Install
Run the one-file installer. It installs for your Windows user, so no administrator rights are needed, adds a shortcut and can start with Windows.

Questions
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. There is no Mac or Linux version yet.
Can anyone who downloads the installer join my team?
No. The installer on this page has no team key inside. A new PC only joins with an invite code that your administrator creates, and an administrator decides which PCs it may see. Without a code the app stays empty.
Can somebody connect to my PC without me knowing?
Not unless you allow it. By default you must press Accept for every connection, and a bar on your screen shows the session for as long as it lasts. Unattended access is a switch you turn on yourself, for PCs that run without a person, and it can be turned off again at any time.
Is it encrypted?
Yes. Connections between each app and the server use TLS, and each app only trusts your server's own certificate. Everything is relayed by the server you run, so the only party who could ever see it is you, not an outside company.
What does it cost?
There is no licence per PC or per user. You run TeamAccess on a server of your own, and that server is the only running cost.
Can I record?
Yes. Calls, meetings and sessions can be saved as MP4 to the Videos folder. Everybody involved is shown when recording is on, and a remote screen is recorded only if its owner allowed recording for that session.
Windows warns me when I run the installer. Why?
The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows a caution the first time. Choose More info, then Run anyway, if you got the installer from your own administrator.
Get TeamAccess
Download the installer and run it. To join your team, TeamAccess asks for the invite code your administrator gives you. Without that code it cannot join anything.
